Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Hogan was employed by MedPartners since January 1995 and held the position of Regional Controller, Philadelphia and Regional Controller, Florida. Ms. Hogan's significant contributions during her tenure with MedPartners include the re-organization of the Regional Finance Departments; the creation of formal budgeting processes down to department and practice levels; the design of physician incentive programs; the conversion of a multitude of accounting and other related systems; and the acquisition and transition of several physician practice groups.  Before MedPartners, Ms. Hogan held positions with both Ernst & Young and Allegheny Health Systems.  Ms. Hogan earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Albright College.
