Dr. Wilhelm is the CEO and Chairman of the Board for New World Health Care Solutions, a consulting human resource acquisition company operating in the managed care sector, both nationally and internationally.  Dr. Wilhelm's professional experience also includes holding senior management positions with various national health care organizations.  Some of these positions include serving as the Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs for Principal Health Care, Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs for PCA Health Plans, and Southern Medical Director for Av-Med Health Plans.  Dr. Wilhelm received both his bachelor and medical degrees from the University of Florida and performed his medical residency at the University of Miami.
